Naman Srivastava

Naman comes from a background in real estate, finance, and technology and has worked with multiple young companies and startups. He is passionate about building companies at the intersection of technology and the built environment.

At Harvard University, Naman extensively explored real estate blockchain space, understanding the business models and the tech applications of more than a dozen early-stage ventures. He is a co-author of a book on establishing sustainable enterprises in a challenging business environment of certain real estate markets. He has also worked on government-sponsored projects to technologically modernize the land records, deed registration processes, and urban planning frameworks. Early in this career, he worked on several real estate projects involving residential, commercial, and hospitality developments in Asia and Africa.

Naman currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Project Lead for RealBlocks, a modern digital investment network providing global access and secondary trading for alternative investments. In this role, Naman is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, leading all projects through execution, and serves on the Board of Directors. He also holds Series 7 & 63 securities licenses, serves on the investment committee for RealBlocks Investment Advisors, Inc. the firm’s wholly owned investment advisor subsidiary, and as Registered Representative of RealBlocks Private Securities, RealBlocks’ FINRA registered broker/dealer subsidiary.
