History of the Firm

RealBlocks was founded by Perrin Quarshie and Naman Srivastava, who after completing their graduate research at MIT and Harvard, set out to build a better alternative investment experience for wealth managers and investors. In February of 2018, the company completed the Barclays Accelerator program, powered by Techstars. In January 2019, the company announced a seed round co-led by Science Inc and Morgan Creek Capital, and in 2020 the firm announced a Series A Financing Round led by Crosslink Capital.   

Today, RealBlocks is utilized by many of the most respected real estate and alternative investment managers who use our technology to more efficiently distribute funds to investors and advisors worldwide.
